This pout matters matte lipstick is only £1 from the makeup gallery collection in the Poundshop. This lipstick has a lip gloss like consistency but dries matte. It is very moisturizing and not tacky on the lips. It comes in lots of different shades/colours but this is the only one I could find in the matte range unfortunately.
